Sore and itchy lower region.

Latley my lower region has become really sore and itchy and I'm not sure why. There's no rash that I can see but it feels a bit off and bumpy. It hurts more around the clitoris and when I examine it, the clitoris itself is white and swollen. It's extremely uncomfortable and hard to ignore cause it kinda acts like a bug bite and likes to remind me that it's itchy. My boyfriend thinks it might be a sweat rash cause I wore leggings while helping my parents move the other day. Anyway I would like to know if anyone else has this problem or experience something like it before. I would prefer not to go to a doctor yet and show them my area. So and comments would be appreciated. Thank you
