Sore on labia, feeling overall unwell

Hey,
I'm new here and joined as I need some insight and help. I live an hour from the clsoest town, my docter is 3 hours away, and I'm not sure how to proceed. My specs:
- Extreme stress
- Fatigued, sore throat, disgustingly dry scalp, cramping, mood swings. I feel achy and tired and just...unwell. I have fibromyalgia but this is different and has been present for over a month.
- strange sores on my lips; not cold sores, not cankers...Just numbing flat tiny white sores that expel white if pressed. My lips (though only on the right side) feel like they were frozen at the dentist.
- VERY painful blister-like sore on the left side of inner labia. It came and went now and then for about two weeks, then my period came. Seemed irritated by intercourse. Not 'paper cut' like, definitly a bump.
- My period was longer and heavier than usual, and ended with different brown discharge which carried a foul odour.
- Virgin when married to a tested clean man. faithful. Nothing like this before.
So...anyone else match up? Any insight? What have you ladies discovered ? I HATE this. I feel miserable and gross and tired and frustrated. Is it just stress? is it some hormonal imbalance?? I wish I knew.... Sex is becoming painful and it's all wierd. Help?!
