You do need to go to the doctor and have it looked at--I had this once and it was on going for some time--it was not a STD--it was what is commonly know as jockJock itch itch. It is where you inderwear can rub on oyur sking and create an irritant and then later turn into a yeast infection. You need a prescription cream to clearClear by design Clear eyes Clear eyes acr Clear eyes clr Clear-atadine Clear-atadine children's it up. I used that and have never had a reoccurence since.
Don't be concerned on what the doctor will think--they have seen everything and anything--also excessive washing actually could be more detrimental to the problem than anything else.
