Soy isoflavones: Good or bad?

I have read on ovusoft.com about women taking a soy isoflavones supplement on CD 3-7 to help bring about ovulation earlier in their cycle.  I have read on several medical websites that soy isoflavones supplements are not healthy.  I am ttc and don't O until CD 20 and would love to bring it up to 14.  Has anyone had success using these supplements?

I would try Vitex before the soy isoflavens.  There is a lot of controversy surrounding soy and whether it is harmful to your fertility.
