Spots around the nipples

Hi wanna ask if anyone has experienced the same thing as me? I have some white spots on my nipples and it can come out easily after rubbing. But it never goes away. Is this due to not a change of bra everyday? Thanks.

Hello,
These white bumps are due to montogomery tubercules which are normal physiological changes in the body. The other possibility is of folliculitis skin. Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
