Spots on breasts

by carrie4455, Apr 07, 2007 12:00AM
A few days ago I noticed that there were tiny, circular, brownish/grayish spots on the areola part of my breasts. Two on one and one on the other. There slightly raised and have really tiny black spots on the sides.

I then did something that was probably dumb and I scratched at two of them. They came off kind of easily and there was a little bit of blood.

I'm not sure if this would have any effect, but I haven't been sleeping quite as much as I probably should, my eating habits and diet have changed a lot in the past few months, and I just had my period last week. I'm eighteen, almost nineteen.

Is this anything I should be worried about? Any help would be appreciated.
