Spotting! Help =[

okay so two weekends ago i had pretty rough sex, and on the sunday Nov 2 i started spotting. Its now the 11th and i still have this spotting, but it got heavier and more. Its brown and today there was some red blood in it. I'm supposed to get my period this sunday, is something wrong with me or could this be implantation bleeding or something =[ please help! I'm scared!
