Spotting and Burning when I urinate

A few day earlier I noticed my urnine had bubbles. This morning I urinated and no problem. In the afternoon, it burned when I urinated and there was some spots of blood on the toilet paper. I have not had sex in a long time, so no STD's. What's up?

Thanks so much. It's not exactly frothy, but bubbly like a lot of force but it's not. That's only been the past few days. I will make an appointment today. Thanks again.

When you say bubbles do you mean that your urine is somewhat frothy? If so then its an indicator of protein in the urine which suggests a kidney problem of some sort. (simple infection most likely) but only your Dr can say for sure so make an appointment and take a sample with you
