Spotting between periods. answers please.

My period has always been pretty regular, usually 30-32 days. Last month my period was late by 4 days, but it came normally. I had sex earlier this month one time, and I took the morning after pill, when we first started he penetrated for about 30 seconds and then put on a condom. I took the pill right after. We messed around three days ago, no sex, justouter with hands, I did orgasm. Yesterday I started spotting and it was brown, and today its still there and is dark dark red. O have had occasional cramping. Based on my normal cyle my period should be coming on the 21/22nd (3 days away) but from last months it would be on the 25/26 (7 days away) what could this be?? and should I be worried, since i did take the morning after pill. thanks for any answers.

Having your period come a little late or a little early is fine. Your hormones just fluctuated for any variety of reasons. You are okay.  Also, women will usually have their period within 10 days of taking the morning after pill.

Yes you took the pill when you were supposed to.  Thats a good thing.

The pill prevents you from ovulating, prevents the sperm from meeting the egg by changing the consistency of your womb, and than doesnt allow a fertilized egg from implanting.

Usually women will start shedding their lining within 10 days of taking the pill.

It sounds like you are and are going to be fine.
