Spotting during pregnancy

I had a threatened miscarry.

I'm about 7-8 weeks pregnant.

I spotted alittle bit in my underwear, it was a weird texture.

I got to see the babys heart beat which was 120, I went to the ER cause I was scared, and the doctor said it was a good heart beat, but she kept rambling on and freaked me out. I take my vitamin everyday, I eat every two hours, get morning sickness everyday or atleast feel hung over, i dont smoke/drink or anything like that, i sleep constantly, will i be okay, hoenstly?

Realistically, no one can say for sure. Symptoms don't tell much, because as long as the hCG hormone is in your body you'll have them--regardless of viability. Everything else is very good and what you want to be doing, but won't save the pregnancy if it is not meant to be. I would talk to your doctor, and ask if they can do another ultrasound when you're around 12-14 weeks to see how it goes. Seeing a HB is extremely encouraging, so I'd hold onto that and just keep doing what you're doing.
