Spotting for 3 weeks

I went 3 months with out a natural period and was placed on Provera in December 07. I got a period about a week after completing the medication. A couple of days before my next period was due I started spotting and still am after 3 weeks. I took 3 home pregnancy tests and had a blood test and all came back negitive. I was wondering what may be going on? Please help!!!
