Spotting ten days before period due after weird period last month

I come to this site alot but this is my first time posting so please be nice. =0) I've become a little paranoid lately. I have a history of endometriosis, have had three laproscopic surgeries for it and have thus been symptom free for the past 3 years. My last cycle was a little odd in that my period was three days late (I'm very regular now), very heavy but only last three days, I usually go the full seven miserable days! Now this "cycle" (?), I am spotting 10 days early. Initially it was pink and only when I wiped (sorry) then brown, thick and only on occassion when I go the the bathroom, now it's gone it only really lasted a day and it was sporadic at that. I took a preg test which was neg so I wouldn't obsess over whether or not I was preg. My biggest fear is that my endo is on it's way back which concerns me as my husband and I were planning on trying to get preg. the end of this year. Has this happened to any one else? Any clues??? Thanks

i have also had the wierdest period i have ever had, i am now 30yrs, also trying to get preg.  my period was dark brown and lasted 5 days vertually no red blood at all. now today i have started spotting, i am not due my period for another 10 days. my head is a mess
