Stomache pain / constipation
Twice in the last 3 weeks I have awaken in the early morning 2am or so, with an awful stomache ache. It feels like a brick or a bag of rocks is sitting at the top of my stomache. The first time it happened I could barely walk and I had cold chills and sweat. This second time, I just hurt from 2am to nearly 5am. When I finally had a bowel movement around 9pm it was light in color, nearly tan. I am a 37 year old female. Please respond!
appendix???? you can get a grumbling appendix where it flairs up the goes away. i had accute appencitous which required surgery and i read up it??just an idea

Get checked for hepatitis, especially if your urine is dark colored. Have you been taking a lot of calcium? It can also change the color of your stool. Except for that symptom (the tan bowel movement) I would have guessed heartburn -- it can be as severe as you described.
