Stopped taking birth control

I have been taking birth control for 5 years, and recently went off on it about 2 months ago. My last period came a couple days late last month, and now I'm approaching the 3week mark from the last day of my last period. I have been having a little cramping but no nausea or breast tenderness. I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. The guy I was having sex with had a vasectomy a few years ago so I figured we were ok for me to go off birth control. I'm still so nervous that I could be pregnant though. Am I being unrealistic? I'm going out of my mind with anxiety.

Anything is possible but your prob just stressing out. If you wait until a week after a missed period and test it should be accurate
