Strange Symptoms

Ok, the basics: I am a 17-year-old female. I've had yeast infections, but that's about all. I have been sexually active with the same partner for about 3 years. Often I experience "female ejaculation" or whatever you want to call it.

The problem is this: Recently (I don't remember when it started but it was certainly more than 2 months ago) I have been having a very frequent urge to urinate, and when I go, only a little "urine" comes out. (a couple times a day I have normal pee, but most of the time it's this unusual liquid) This liquid is cloudy and clear and sometimes with a faint tint of yellow. I think this liquid could be what comes out when I orgasm, but I don't know why it would be happening without stimulation. I am sure this is NOT a UTI, because I'm pretty sure I would have burning or itching or a weird smell along with frequent urination. Any pressure on my lower pelvis creates or increases urges. I know it's not because I'm well-hydrated because I usually don't drink water (or anything else for that matter).

I've looked on WebMD and other related websites, but anything with these symptoms has pain or something along with it.

If this could have anything to do with it: A few months ago I woke up to find that my left side, around my lower 2 ribs and the spine part they connect to was really sore. I had been drinking the night before and didn't really remember what happened, but I know there was violence so I figured it the pain would be gone in a few days. However, if anything puts pressure against those ribs they still hurt.

Is this worse than it seems to be, or am I just being paranoid?
I don't want to see my doctor because I don't trust him due to past experience with prescriptions and such. But if you think this is serious then I guess I will.
I'm just scared and looking for answers.
If you read all this, thank you very much! God bless...

you can use a condom just because you "ran" out of birth control pills doesnt mean you cant go buy a condom, unless your trying to become pregnant.

go to the doctor. they should be able to give you a sulfer pill. thats what they gave me and it works great. and if you dont like your doctor...get a new one

Thank you mags59. I've been taking a multivitamin/mineral supplement for a few weeks but nothing is getting better.

I forgot to add a couple (possibly important) details:
-I have been off birth control for probably 4 months or more and sexually active with no protection. (I ran out and haven't been able to visit a doctor) irresponsible, i know

-I am taking antidepressants and mood stabilizers

-the past few days I have been unusually hungry

I have frequent bladder infections and have NEVER once had burning when urinating.  My symptoms are just as you describe.  Since I have them so often, I take cranberry supplements and vitamin C.  If you drink any kind of fruit (especially citrus) juices, including the ones with alcohol (screwdrivers, etc.), it will increase the risk of bladder infections and UTIs.  Most cranberry juices that you can buy in the store are mostly high fructose corn syrup, so I found Cranberry supplements to take instead (you can find them in health food and drug stores).  They work great!  You also want to take Vitamin C because it helps to acidify the urine which produces an antibacterial affect.  Just don't take it in juice, buy supplements and take at least 1000 mgs per day while you have the infection.  Whenever I feel like I'm getting one, I take the cranberry and vit C, and it's gone within a day or two.  You also said you sometimes have cloudy or yellow urine.  This is typical of a bladder infection.

I hope this helped.  Good luck!
