Strong smell

I am very concerned because I had a strong smell on my underwear like amonia. I went and got a uti done but it was neg. I am sexually active, but don't thing I have a STD because my partner just got tested last week and everything was negative. My discharge is more like pee or water not creamy or think and it stain my underwear as well can you please help with my concern?

Could be BV (bacterial vaginosis) which requires antibiotic. It is not an STD. It usually produces an odor and a watery thin whitish gray discharge. The odor is strongest after sex.

I had that issue when I was in my teens and went to the doctor for it as well. This is normal, so I wouldn't worry myself too much over it.
