Sudden loss of pregnancy symptoms

by kholla1, Aug 15, 2009 01:36PM
So, I joined this board a few weeks ago when I had initially missed my period.
I found out I was pregnant and they said I was five weeks on the dot.

This entire week I have had horrible symptoms, fatigue, moodiness, breast tenderness, general malaise, morning sickness, constipation etc - after a couple of weeks of being virtually symptom free.

This morning I woke up feeling like a new person. I have no symptoms at all. NONE. I just feel "better".
When I initially posted about my pregnancy I had lost only 10 lb - now I have lost nearly 15.

What the hell is going on? They told me I had a high risk pregnancy, but I've felt VERY pregnant all week long, until today.

To: everyone
For further clarification - I have no symptoms but haven't seen any spotting.

i don't understand why your posts are contradicting each other.
on august 13, 2009 (2days ago)  you stated that you were schedulled to have a surgigal abortion because of a doomed pregnancy.  You stated that the entire time you felt vibrant and healthy with no symptoms.  now you are saying that you have been sick all this week.  Which is it?  You stated that you lost 10 lbs on the 13th, now 15 lbs on the 15th.  You also perviously posted that you have an eating disorder.

When had the doctor schedulled your "surgigal abortion"?  why are you concerned with "loss of symptoms"  when 2 days ago you stated that you never had any?
this doesn't make sense.

Well not having read any of your other posts there are two things that jump out at me.

Your baby has died but you have had a missed abortion.

Or alternatively you might be one of those women that spontaneously feels better at a certain point in your pregnancy so enjoy it.  There may be nothing wrong.

Also I have no idea about how far along you are.  Why don't you ring your OB/Midwife and get a check done if you are worreid.

wondering what the outcome was.
