I have the same effect, and I have FMS. We eat foods that have a lot of salt in them. Even if we don't add salt, we get more salt than we need because foods have salt in them. I would have this checked by your PCP. If you have problems with salt now. You need to be especially cautious when you are pregnant, because of the hypertension.
