kath 1950,
My feet are swollen as well. I asked a co-worker if there was something natural cause I don't like prescription drugs. It fixes something and then breaks something else. My best friend suggested a product that extracts the water out of the feet. I could not believe it. I bought it and I'm very pleased with the results. It's a water extract of cinnamon. It's made by Trunature. The name is "CinSulin." It worked for me, I hope it will work for you too. I BOUGHT IT AT COSTCO.

I have seen a doctor about the swelling in my ankles preferably my left ankle. My doctor said and I quote, "All women have swollen ankles in hot weather". Well, I am going to have to beg to differ since I have a swollen left ankle and it is very cold in my house. Needless to say, this doctor moved away. Now there is a new doctor taking his place so I am making an appointment (while the weather is cold) to find out what is going on. If one doctor tells you something and you know it just isn't right, try another doctor. I just happened to get lucky that my doctor is moving away and I can see another one. Listen to your body, only you know when something is wrong or right. You have to be your own medical consultant sometimes. It also helps to keep a journal on what you eat and what you did for that day. I know it is time consuming but it really only takes about a minute or two to jot down what you are eating and a minute or two to write what you did that day. You must take care of yourself. It also tells the doctor information about you. I just started doing this. Hope it helps with my swollen ankle. I also just started taking a tape measure to measure my ankle to see how much it swells up. Hope this all helps.
Hi,
I would definitely see a doctor. How long exactly has it been going on? Sometimes swelling of the feet means you are retaining water and that may not be a good thing in regards to the heart. Now that is NOT to say something like that is going on, but I really suggest seeing a doctor for this problem. Good luck to you.
