Swelling of the lower labia

I had a small cut on my labia this morning so I decided to put Neosporin on it. A few minutes after that happened both side of my labia swelled up to about the size of grapes. I have been icing it for about eight hours now, but the swelling has not gone down. As the day progressed I also developed extreme back pains. I cannot go see my doctor until Tuesday because of the holiday tomorrow and I don't see my symptoms clearing up themselves. Does anyone have suggestions on how to make the swelling stop? Please help I am in a lot of pain.
