Swollen Vagina Lips

One of my vagina lips is swollen, red on the iside, and seems to be slightly chapped on the end. The other "lip" is fine though. I haven't had sex in over 4 months.. and saw my long-distance boyfriend this week and had sex prob 6 times. I have HPV, but this doesn't seem to be a symptom. It started bothering me the last day we had sex. The sex doesn't last long, but occured often. I thought it was a yeast infection, got a over the counter 1 day dose to try and treat it. It made it feel a little less irriated, but it is still red and hurts if my pants rub up against it. I know it isn't a allergic reaction to the condoms. It has been irritating for almost 2 days now. No pain, just irritation- any thoughts?
