Swollen ankles and feet

How can I get my feet and ankles to go down.? They are swollen day and night and my feet are also swollen underneath.

hi..there are many complications to swollen feet and ankles...and take all advice on board..but also try not to worry too much either as long as you seek medical advice from your gp...but without scaring the beejeezas out of you....it could be something..it could be nothing,or at least something treatable...so seek help from your doctor.....

Heart and kidney problems are often discovered by edema of the feet and ankles.  Get to a doctor.

hi i know that water retention is a cause for swollen feet and ankles..there are many factors to this...water tablets can help but most definitely seek help from  your gp

Go to the dr.  My friend had this and his kidneys were shutting down.
