The hood of my clitoris is extremely swollen. Not in a way after sex or anything but just one morning I woke up.
It is swollen and sometimes itchy but it feels like bruised.
It has a hard 'line' in it. (the swollen part is from my clitoris till the top of where my labia 'come together')
This hard line almost feels like a tendon or muscle or anything like that.
It hurts when I walk or cycle, or just touch it.
Has anybody experienced such problem before or knows what it is or could be?
I see no connection with sex because the last time was like a week earlier.
After two days it is still there. It shrunk a bit but still is painful and this weird hard part.
I am a bit freaked. There is like NO information on the internet as well!!
I've been to the doctor
she said it is probably a candida infection.
Easily to get rid of. just bring in 3 nights a pill inside the vagina and it will go away
lots of women have this problem it seems...
Can be caused by stress, birthcontrolpill, washing vaginal area with soap and things like that.
signs of candida infection:
Vagina is itchy and red. More of the white stuff your body makes to clean yourself up in/down there. It looks weird and smootchy. swollen labia's.
But easy solution =)
No need to worry.
Hope I help people with this!
