Swollen clitoris hood

The hood of my clitoris is extremely swollen. Not in a way after sex or anything but just one morning I woke up.
It is swollen and sometimes itchy but it feels like bruised.
It has a hard 'line' in it. (the swollen part is from my clitoris till the top of where my labia 'come together')
This hard line almost feels like a tendon or muscle or anything like that.
It hurts when I walk or cycle, or just touch it.
Has anybody experienced such problem before or knows what it is or could be?
I see no connection with sex because the last time was like a week earlier.
After two days it is still there. It shrunk a bit but still is painful and this weird hard part.
I am a bit freaked. There is like NO information on the internet as well!!
Can anybody help me?
