Swollen groin glands??

I am a 25 year old female.  I have two small lumps on either side of my groin area. They are painless and moveable, almost in long diagonal fashion. I noticed them probably about a year ago.  They have not increases in size.  I did diet and lose 60lbs and never noticed them before, so I don't know how long they have actually been there or if that had anything to do with this. I have tried researching this and keeps coming up with HIV and cancer,  which now I am terrified. Are the swollen glands associated with HIV or cancer painless and moveable?  What could cause them to be on both sides?  What could cause the symptoms I have?

prior to breakouts, left side of groin area throbs not painfull, just aware of throbing, and i break out with pimples, sometimes  break out like boils--always near crotch area and sometimes near where i do nmber 2.  this started after i went thru menopausel, age 51, now age 55--doctors says hormone related or foliculitus, i have never had this all my life and recently this outbreaks only affect crotch area after this mysterious throbbing. when white heads appear, iit is sensitive like a boil.--lately antibiotcs medications has not stopped from out breaks--, also i noticed this occourring after i started swimming indoor winter excersing 4 years ago.  please, this is embarrassing, and why it is only localized ----no areas is swollen or hurts except when outbreaks with boils

You may have what I had, an inguinal hernia (a buldge around the groin area).  The only thing is, they are not interchangable, so you may have a dual.  I had one on my left side.  If it weren't for the fact that I noticed it one night peeing under pressure, (but there are many ways to see one), that I would not have even known I had one.  I had no pain what so ever.  Check with your family doctor  to make sure.
