Swollen vagina, no other symptoms

The inside of my vagina has been swollen for a little over two years now without changes. It doesn't go down or back up--it has stayed the same all this time. Tested negative for many tests and the yeast creams only irritate it more. I've seen a clinic doctor who told me she couldn't understand why it was swollen and she didn't say it was a yeast infection either, so she referred me to a gynecologist. He said it was normal without giving me further help to try to make the swelling go away. Two years ago I had a UTI and they had prescribed me meds and since then, my system has been unbalanced. I eat yogurt every day and my diet isn't too bad either. I even tried Probaclac to try to restore my flora and those pills gave me a fevers so I stopped them after a week. I've had the same boyfriend for the past 3 years and we have some times protected, some times unprotected sex. During the first year of my problem, we hadn't had sex at all and nothing changed. I thought maybe it was an allergy to condoms, but we ruled that out. Though some times when we have sex, I start feeling pain in the right side of my lower abdomen. I've run out of resources and I really want to get this fixed. I'm scared this is permanent and will prevent me from having children :( Please help!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
You can get a biopsy of the vaginal sample done to confirm the diagnosis. It can be due to vaginal hypertrophy as well. Get a pelvic examination and a biopsy done from your gynecologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
