Well my boyfriend and I have not had sex in awhile.
I seemed to have developed a yeast infection and today my vaginal lips are swollen and painful.
I do not have any sort of STD.

Please any help would be nice.

Sore and swollen vagina can be a side of effect of having a yeast infection. Have you been treated for the yeast infection? If no, then you would need to otherwise, it'll just get worst. You're boyfriend should be treated too. A cream for yeast infections can be used along with the pessary/pill and that should help the pain and swelling.
