Mrs.Doyle and vsentz I also have fibroids and I'm getting a myomectomy surgery date 4/2. I never recvd that medication to stop my periods.Can you tell me why it was given to you in the first place. I have irregular periods maybe that's why it wasen't given to me???? But, I read what vsentz said. Is it true it cost $800 for Lupron meds???? WOW! That's outragious!!!

Just try to relax girl....I was feeling super sick when i had my HSG....just nerves...stress.....but everything came out fine, I felt fine with my pre-op, but afterwards i felt very down......like reality hits, ya know....
I know, medicines (Lupron) IS so darn expensive!!!! and is the only thing (infertility wise) my insurance does not cover!!!!!! argh......I was freaking out yesterday, but dh is a sweetie (sometimes....lol) and he calmed me down.....we'll just put it on the CC...and then pay it later.....(on top of million things we have to pay for!!)
I didn't know about the Lupron side effects....but I really hope it doesn't interrupt my AF for long after my surgery!! i wanna TTC right away!!
