Okay, thanks to the helpful information I have gather from this forum, I think that me and my husband have finally nailed it! I am still new at predicting my ovulation days. My period came on 7/25, we had sex from 8/3-8/9 (1 of these days I had to be ovulating). I SWEAR that I am feeling pregnancy symptoms already! Is it possible to feel symptoms this early? I have 2 children already and I always get really bad headaches during my pregnancies, which I am experiencing now. My husband tells me it's way too soon and that I am just anxious. How soon can I test? If I feel pregnant, than I must have enough of the pregnancy hormone to test positive???? THE 2WK WAIT IS KILLING ME, I won't last!!!! Also, is it safe to say, that if a woman is getting her period that she is ovulating?

That's true - HCG doesn't start releasing until at least 7 days after conception. It's too early to test yet - it would be a waste of money and emotional time. Wait until your at least 3 days away from getting a period and then buy an early pregnancy test that detects really low hcg amounts. The wait must be excruiciating but you can also have psycho-sematic (sp?) symptoms which basically means you believe so much that something is happening that you induce the symptoms. Sorry if that disappoints but I'm sure there are plenty of women on this board who will agree that we've all felt pregnant only to discover that in fact we aren't. I'm not saying that you aren't pregnant I'm just saying that at this early stage there COULD be another explanation for the feelings you have. I hope for your sake that it is +ve when you do it though - then you'll know for sure! Good luck!

pregnancy symptoms can happen when we think we may be pregnant... believe me on that one. YES it is way too early to test... its just setting you up for disappointment. It takes like a week just to have the egg implant if fertilized
