Taking clomid no period

by trying982, Jun 08, 2008 07:39AM
Hi There, hope somebody out there can help me.  Have been trying to conceive for one year with no success.  My consultant put me on clomid 50mg.  Took it for two months and had exactly 28 day cycles.  This month however I had no period and pregnancy tests, both urine and blood were negative.  Has anybody else out there experienced this????  My consultant gave me provera to bring on a period and increased my dosage of clomid to 100mg.  Am reluctant to take the provera although I am not sure why, just really confused and disheartend really.
Hope somebody can shed some light on this for me.

the provera is just to bring on your period so you can start the clomid at 100mgs that's all. good luck don't be sacared, i had to do the same thing started on 50mgs nothing then provera and 100mgs of clomid for 4 months and then fell pregnant.
