Tampon Question

So a few days ago I guess I put in a tampon just because I was ovulating and FORGOT I put one in. Today it just came out and I was shocked that I forgot. I had sex like 2 days ago and am thinking I must have put the tampon in BEFORE I had sex and it just now worked it's way out. Is it even possible to have sex with one stuck up there?? I'm thinking I had to have done it because I can't remember putting one in after. I'm sure it's not GOOD for that to happen but if it did am I in trouble?? I'm so confused how this happened but I really think I put it in 3 days ago, had sex, and just now when I went to the bathroom I was suprised to see one coming out! HELP!

First off, you should never wear a tampon for discharge.
Second, It is very possible to have sex with a tampon in, the  vagina can stretch A LOT!
Finally, you are FINE, you didn't have any fever, or flu like symptoms right? If not then you don't have TTS. You may have some weird discharge or a funky smell, if it doesn't go away in a couple days you should go to the doctor.
