Tampon or Not???

I'm not sure if I left a tampon in or not. I've checked and felt around up there but didn't feel anything. For some reason I can't stop WORRYING about it. It's never happened before, but on the last day of my period I went to bed and woke up not sure if I took it out. It's been a week, I don't have any unusual sypmtoms. If there is one up there would I feel it or have any signs that it's in there? Please give me some helpful hints, thanks.

if you dont feel different i doubt its up there. tss doesnt wait forever and you would have been feeling funny. i would assume you could feel it if you really tried. but if your this worried go to the doctors
