Tampons-How big should I get it
Hey, I'm kind of embarrassed to ask this, but, I'm 12 years old, and I'm not sure what sure tampon size I should get (I mean width and length).
ok so u shouldnt be usein tampons at ur age, please buy sanitary towel, the long tampons are for heavy periods, eg. im heaviest in the first few says, also for night.. the small 1s are for light periods, please dont use tampons
well tampons are available in any size. it depends on your flow. if its light just buy tampons saying Light flow. if you are using it for the first time i would say be careful in inserting and do follow the instructions. change your tampon after 4-6 hrs because it can cause infection. also avoid using them too much. if you have very heavy flow only then use extra heavy flow ones which you can keep for 12 hrs. preferably use cotton ones then using silk ones etc. and make sure to use Pads as well during AF.
