Tampons grrrr

So i have posted here before asking about my tampon. I am about 18 and got my period late at about 16 almost 17. I am very irregular. I can go 2-3 months with none then get one and then not get one again for 2 months. but that is not what i am asking i am wondering when i put in my tampon which i am sure i am doing right cus i use pearl aplicator and the aplicator goes all the way in till my fingers and everything but when the tampon is in i kinda feel like i can feel it but not in the way i used to when it wasn't in enough. it feels kinda like a tight feeling. Also when i wear a tampon it always leaks through the string and goes on my underwear and the thing is is that it doesnt absorb in the middle of the cotton so it should not be leaking. its not full. lastly i am new and kinda nervous about wearing one is it possible when i do excercise and doing all the running and bending over that it can go up inside of me cus when i am wearing one and i bend down i feel like its slipping up but that might just be me worrying. pls can you help me .
thanks

Yes you may need to use a bigger tampon and change it more frequently. I would also recommend if you use tampons also use a pantyliner, that way if leaks do occur they are not on your underwear.

Also, like Kim said if you find tampons to always be uncomfortable, use pads. If you need help with putting them in correctly ask your mother or another woman to help you.

if your blood is leaking through a tampon either its too small or your not changing it enough.

if you cant put a tampon it correctly and its alway uncomfortable, maybe you should just use pads
