Tearing of vaginal area during sex

So my boyfriend and I have been together for a long time and we tend to be kind of rough with intercourse and tonight we were having sex and I was on top.  I slipped off his penis and it hurt both him and I after we finish having sex, I realized that I have a large cut between my clitoris and the opening to my vagina(about an inch).  I have never had this happen before, Im really concerned about this and I am a lot more swollen than normal after sex. PLEASE HELP!  (I was lubricated during sex so it wasnt that I was dry)

You may want to take a sitz bath... You may be able get a kit through your pharmacy. Some women hate them, but when I tore with my last pregnancy it was very helpful.

I'm esperiencing the same problem now. Instead i have two cuts on each vagin lip at the bottom of the hole. It really burns when i urinate and it's really hard to clean that area when bathing. What should i do?

I would see your gyn or at least call the office and talk to the nurse. That is quite a tear, and concerning that you are swollen. It may be too late to stitch, but you also do not want to get an infection.
