That much dryness???

Hi Everyone. Newbie posting again ;) What a journey this is becoming! Anyway, I took Clomid days 3-7 finished on Friday of last week. I am not ovulating, but my DH & I got a little frisky tonight and I have never been so dry! It was like my body was absorbing the astroglide!!! I did start taking Robitussin today. Do you take it just once daily? I also ordered pre-seed. Hopefully that will help. What other lubricants can we use that won't kill the little spermcicles? Very weird dry.... gotta be the Clomid?

I am not sure if it's the Clomid, but I do know that Robitussin does that to me too. Maybe the combo of the two?

Maybe I am doing too much at one time ;) I'll hold the Robitussin til I get my pre-seed. Otherwise I am not sure what to do. It hurts to have sex when it is that dry... ouch. I expect to ovulate this week (crossing fingers), maybe that will increase my cm. Thanks for the post :)

why are you taking Robitussin?

It is an antihistimine, wouldn't that dry everything out?

No, didn't buy the Robitussin with antihistamine in it. It is pure Guifatussin or however you spell it. I didn't have a problem with dryness all day. Took the Robitussin because it is supposed to thin the cm to make it easier for the sperm to channel to the finish line. Guess my cm was not thick enough.

p.s. I got the Preseed. I have heard great things about it... but my body absorbed it like mad. I don't think we will use it again.
