The Patch

So I guess some of you may remember hohw horrible I am at taking pills since I came to college. I went to the Dr. and asked her for something that would be less involving on my part. She offered me the patch and the Nuvoring. Now, I know kind of how the ring works, but I just don't think I could do it and now feel it at least during sex. So I opted for the patch, which I've been reassured is very effective. Anyone know otherwise?

I was on the nuvaring for 6 months before i got off trying to get pregnant. I loved it. I will definatley keep it in mind whenever i need to get back on birth control. It was very easy to put in and I didnt even notice it was there,neither did my husband. I have heard things that the patch can cause from commercials on tv. You might want to look into it more.
