If it's only been two days, you won't have pregnancy symptoms yet. If you're itching, it could be a yeast infection. You should maybe go get some STD tests since the sex was unprotected. Also, if it's only been two days, you still have time to take the morning after pill. If you're 17 or older, you can just go get it yourself. If you're younger, go to Planned Parenthood or something similar. Ideally you should take the morning after pill within 3 days after unprotected sex, but it's useful up to 5 days.
