I've been suffering from this for awhile now and have been desperately looking for answers. I have "twitching" or "jumping" blood vessels. They occur in my eye lids, legs, arms, just recently my stomach, and pretty much everywhere. I know they aren't spasmsCoronary artery spasm Croup Eyelid twitch Facial tics Hand or foot spasms Urge incontinence Vascular spasm because when I feel the veins/capillaries/vessels jumping, I feel the length of the vessel. It's so uncomfortable and again, it happens everywhere and anywhere.
I just would like to know if this is something I can get more info on and research and if possibly there is something I can do to make my vessels stop jumping/twitching.
I have no clue what causes this but sometimes my eye will do that. It is wierd because I feel it happening and only on occasion I can catch it doing it while I wait to see in the mirror. I would like to know what that is also.
Are you on a good high-mineral vitamin? Something is tickling in the back of my brain about taking potassium to ease this problem. Sorry but I can't remember more. It wouldn't hurt to try it, though. Good luck!
I don't think it's anything to worry about---just an annoyance.
