Throbbing legs are bothersome

by Gemini37, Jun 21, 2007 12:00AM
I just started having a problem with my legs throbbing a few days ago like they do when I am about ready to start my monthly period. they hurt worse when I cross my legs while sitting down. I seen a comment on a different site that it could be caused by swelling and or retaining water, is their a vitamin supplement I can take along with my iron pill(I am anemic)that would help stop the throbbing?

Hi, I get a bad throbbing in one of my legs for the first couple of days after starting my period.  I usually take one or two asprins.  Asprin helps to thin the blood.  I think the throbbing is caused by an increase in blood supply.  More to pump throughout the body.
