Thrush or something else? HELP ASAP

I've been worrying about this for months now and haven't done anything about it. But I was with my ex for six months and we did finger / lick out / ******** ect ect and I hadn't had problems, but when he used a dildo on me the next day I got a yeast infection/ thrush ( I think :L ) and I ask a question on here and everyone seem to say it was thrush and it was because either he's fingers weren't clean or the sex toy and I got told to get some cream for it. I never got it treated or check out. I'm now starting to worry that I have a chylmida or something like that :L like sometimes my vagina gets itchy but when I get "wet" this white like cottage cheese stuff comes out..which is a symptom of thrush. I thought that maybe the thrush is still there because I haven't got it treated? But in my head I don't think I have a std but it's in the back of my mind and I do worry allot about it..and I can't tell my mum or anyone about it. I have thrush cream but I'm too scared to use it as if it doesn't work I've got something..please someone help me :(

You do have a yeast infection and there is no reason to be afraid of the medicine.  You can also decrease sugar in your diet and eat yogurt.  If possible, wear pads while you are treating this and then either wash all your underwear in hot water with full-strength detergent and half cup baking soda or just throw those out and buy new underwear.

Make the boy wash up before sex.  They have no idea how easy it is to throw a girl's flora off with their dirty hands and bodies.  You should shower too.
