Tingling on labia

Hello,

10 days ago I had a raised, perfectly circular pink spot on the outer part of my labia almost above my clitoris on the hairline. It was not blistered, it was perfectly smooth, did not hurt or itch at all. It went away in a few hours, but following that, I have had CONSTANT tingling in that area for 10 days. I know many might say herpes, but the tingling involved with herpes prodromes last 1-2 days and PRECEDE an outbreak. So what's with this very long period of tingling on perfectly healthy skin?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Usually herpes presents as sore blisters that scab over after tingling of the area but sometimes there are cases or atypical herpes. In this there is pain and sensitivity in a particular area and there is no appearance of any rash or blisters.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
