Tingly

What makes you all tingly down there? and it gets all wet down there.
I have to change my panties a lot... how can I stop this?

Tingly as in uncomfortable/painful, or tingly as in feeling good? If the latter, my guess would be that you're just feeling aroused, which certainly explains the wetness. If the former, it could be anything, really. If the amount of discharge has changed, it could be an infection and worth a visit to your doctor.
