I just read in a magazine that the did testing and positions dont matter when TTC. Dont make sense to me...gravity and all if you get what I mean. But just some info I heard!
Prenatal vitamins have folic acid in them and they help to get the vitiams in your system and help to prepare your uterus for a baby. The first three months after conception is very vital in taking prenatals. This is when they do the most good. Although you should take them all along.
About prenatals: my perinatologist told me to take them and extra folic acid (folate) especially, because folic acid prevents spina bifida, and he had me taking a LOT of the folic acid 3 months BEFORE I got pregnant. This is because the body draws on its reserves once it is pregnant, not just the vitamins you are taking that day. Good luck ttc!
well ladies...I appreciate everyone's comment on this forums, but this will help some women who was like me, searching for some steps to help them acheive prenancy. I wish everyone the best luck in TTC
Just to clear up about the temps: your temp will rise after O. If your temp stays elevated 18dpo, then you're most likley pregnant.
