Tracking my period
I'm 18 and I was just wondering how to track my period. I know it's supposed to come every 28-30 days but it doesn't according to my pattern. Is it 30 days starting from the last day of my period or the first day? Any help??
as tinkerbell said you start with the first day (full flow not spotting). You could use one of medhelps tracker 8 )
