Trying to conceive...please help

i've been trying to conceive in have trouble me in my husband been trying hard but the semen comes back out i go to sleep after sex but in the am it start leaking can i still get pregnant?

Hello,

Yes, you can still get pregnant. You only need a single sperm to become pregnant. Millions of sperm are contained in 1 tablespoon of semen. Fertilization of an egg can occur as quickly as 5 minutes after ejaculation and the sperm can live for up to 3 days inside the fallopian tubes. So even though the semen comes back out after sex, if even one of those sperm reach and fertilize the egg, than you can become pregnant. Good luck to you in trying to conceive!
