Trying to get pregnant

Can you still get pregnant if you have not yet ovulated??

If you don't ovulate, pregnancy cannot happen. If you're asking if intercourse prior to ovulation could result in pregnancy, then yes, that's possible. Sperm can indeed live in your body for up to 72 hours "waiting" for your ovary to release an egg.

I am not using an ovulation kit.  Is it best to use one to get a better idea as to when I am ovulating??  I have also heard that you can still get pregnant even if you have not ovulated, I don't know what to believe

Are you using an ovulation kit to determine the best days to
get pregnant.  I heard it's 3 days prior to ovulation and 3
days after ovulation.  Sperm can live up to 72 hours after
ejaculation.
