Two pinpoint bruises with spider veins around them

Hello all,

I woke up the other day with two small bruises on my left calf, not larger than the tip of a pencil (not the graphite, but the wood that surrounds it). I've noticed that I'm getting these small spider veins that are red around them. They're not raised up off my skin at all and don't hurt to the touch. Any idea what it might be from?

I'm posting a picture- the two bruises are on the left side, the other is a freckle.
