The first one I was told I had clamydia so I mentioned that to the next Dr she re screened me to make sure an did a pregnancy test also because of the abnormal bleeding and spotting turns out i'm pregnant by surprise I have no symptoms besides Sore boobs, cramps and insomnia

I also suffer with this with uti's occuring frequently. It can be very painful and upsetting. After having a bad UTI when young I believe I became more susceptible to this type of infection. This could also be the case with you. Mine tend to be most frequent when I am feeling stressed or after having a new sexual partner. I tried cranberry tabs but did not notice much Improvement. Be wary of cranberry juice with added sugar as sugary drinks can make it worse. A couple things you could try include-

Drinking plenty of water
Going to the toilet shortly after sex
Wiping front to back after going to the toilet
Going to the toilet frequently and not waiting till you feel desperate
Emptying your bladder fully each time you go to the loo
If all else fails and you still are getting them frequently you can request preventative antibiotics from your doctor. This is advised as only a final option. I had to do this after back to back UTIs for a long period of time which was negatively impacting my life. I took them when I felt an infection beginning and they were effective in preventing them. After about 6 months I found I rarely needed them and now I have not had an infection for a while.
I also feel better having a supply of cystitis relief sachets to hand just in case I begin with symptoms so this might be a way to make you feel more comfortable.
Hope this helps. Good luck getting in control of them

For of all sorry to hear what you've gone through. You could try and take cranberry tablets which are meant to help prevent UTI infections and also cranberry juice also helps.
