Uh... bleeding?!

I'm a 20 yr old virgin. And I'm embarrassed to say this but I've been masturbating for quite some time now. (At least 4 years.) And lately I've had bloody discharge...kinda during but mostly after. It can last up to a whole week!! It's not bad enough that I have to wear a tampon but it's enough that I have to wear a liner. I have an unusual throbbing while I'm bleeding and sometimes have small blood clots with my vaginal fluids. I never masturbate during or directly after my period so I know...or I think I know that it's not my period!
I have never penetrated- just clitoris stimulation. I use my fingers but I make sure my hands are clean before I start...I used to masturbate a lot to help reduce stress but now this has happened and...well... you can imagine how I feel not knowing what the heck's going on down there!
I stopped a few months ago and had a little bloody discharge now and then...I started masturbating again this last weekend- I was hoping that it would have gone away but obviously it hasn't. (I REALLY can't afford to go to a doctor...but if I have to I'll go.)

I was molested by my cousin when I was younger and was too young to know that it was wrong so I've never told anyone...could this have something to do with that??

Just wondering what's going on!!
ANY advise would be great!! Thanks!

Yes you r right about the vaginosis wich now that i think about it makes a lot of sense.  I was diagnosed with hpv back in 2008, but it had cleared up since then on its own. But back in 2013,  i noticed a very foul smelling odor coming from my vagina m it was so bad i could smell it through my pants, n no wash could clear it up. There was a lot more discharge than normal,  but no change in color,  but was hust thick sometimes and sticky and creamym i figured it night be bv based on my own medical knowledge,  or maybe a very bad yeast infection. i didn't have insurance at the time,  n was still living with my parents,  so was afraid to see a doctor. Ive been living with it since then, but the smell has gotten less foul over tge years. I tried to self treat it with doxycycline and amoxicillin,  and it cleared up for a week or two,  but always came back. I know i should see a doctor about it, but haent had the change. do u think this may have contributed to my chances of not conceiving?

It's also possible you have some vaginosis happening also, very possible in virgin or non virgin. You should see your doctor, who can take a vaginal swab without penetrating , to test for bacteria. Sometimes our body chemistry down there gets a little off and bacteria or yeast can proliferate. Totally common and easily treatable, has nothing to do with being unclean, master bating , or even an STD. Go get checked out its your health!

Hello, i actually was reading your comment about having sex right after your period causes the cuyle to last longer or start again. vould this possibly be the cause that I'm having trouble conceiving?  My husband and I have been ttc for almost 8 months now and we usually start having sex agan literally right after my period ends, usually the same day it endsn and every month i am late a few days, thinking i could be pregnant,  and then i end up getting my period

Hi sweetheart... This has happened to a few of my patients before so It's not just you.. Bet your glad to hear that huh... Well this could be a number of thing.... One.. When some people have sex right after their period.. or during this sometimes causes the cycle to either last longer or start again basically.. In your case since your not having sex maybe it is that you are doing masturbating to close to the time that your period ends even though your only doing clitoris stimulation it could still be the cause... Two.. Maybe your masturbating too hard or too much... Try only once or twice a week maybe only once. Also try slowing it down.. Fast masturbating makes your blood speed up. I know this is weird but its true. Just do these things,,, see if the help and let me know!!:)
