I've had the same issue for more than 5 months now.  I was prescribed the same antibiotics, didn't work.  I was prescribed others, didn't work.  Swabs were taken - negative for fungal, bacterial and viral infection.

I'm frustrated because the ulcer(s) and itching also involves the inside of both thighs, as well as left labia.  I'm using zinc cream to try and control the itching but nothing is working to clear up the problem.  I'm considering being seen by a Dermatologist since my Gynecologist was of no help.

Also, this problem did not occur until after I had an ovary removed, as well as the lining of my uterus.

Unfortunately not...  i havent looked but i can still feel them down there when i wash myself.  Altho i can say its no longer painful when i urinate anymore.  My doctor gave me 2 kinds of meds one was ciprofloxacin and the other acyclovir.  Now when i first seen him he told me that it could be 1 of 2 things.  either herpes or bacterial vaginosis.  ive had my swab test done and it came back negative for both.  so im still trying to figure out what mine is :(  good luck with yours.
